sandy even though was horrible what happened to the east coast sandy is playing a role in gas prices dropping. people are not driving as often sell on average they use about 8.5 million bar. of gasoline and oil in the east coast. because of sandy that drop to about a million barrels per day. these other reasons that we're paying a lot less these days and people are saying they are saving. the good part is that especially with thanksgiving ndp holidays approaching. >> not a lot of gas being wasted this morning in backups. we have none of the bay area bridges. it is a pretty easy ride around the bay even now. there is still very light traffic on east bay freeways. there're a couple places where you had slow and no traffic on the south bay like the 28880 interchange. the 281 01 interchange as well. 8485 and the 92 interchange and the north bay right is very light this morning. no delays for the 1 01 in the southbound direction. camera shots show a beautiful day outside but it is a little bit cool. can blow was a look for better weather. >> if you have the day off is a good day to stay u
